Anaporium UltraSoft polishing cloths are made with 100% cotton fiber, a renewable resource. It is a convenient Two-Cloth Dry-Cleaning System for cleaning and polishing jewelry and watches.. This jewelry polishing cloth will remove tarnish from sterling silver jewelry and flatware. The cloth is impregnated with jeweler’s rouge (an extremely fine polishing compound).You can use the jewelry polishing cloth without fear of harming semi-precious or precious stones, shell beads, crystal, or whatever else might be a part of your jewelry besides the precious metals. (Do   be careful when using the jewelry polishing cloth near light-colored materials such as pearls, ivory, or opal, as the red rouge could stain them.) You can polish silver beads that are strung on silk without exposing the silk to a liquid tarnish remover. Even sterling silver and gold-filled chains may be polished with the jewelry polishing cloth.

Stepwise:
Step 1: Gently rub your jewelry with the Anaporium’s UltraSoft lighter inner cloth to remove dirt and tarnish. Our exclusive anti-tarnish shield is applied.
Step 2: The outer Anaporium’s UltraSoft darker cloth buffs and polishes your jewelry or watch to bring gold or platinum to a high luster.

Simply draw the chain gently through the cloth and repeat until the tarnish is removed. The jewelry polishing cloth will eventually look rather ratty and blackened, but it will continue to work until it is literally worn to threads, so it will last for a very long time.
